Yes. Leak Proofing is owner-run, and Paul handles the inspection himself. You are not sent an apprentice to diagnose a difficult leak.

How fast can you get to my Melbourne home?

For urgent leaks, Paul aims to get there the same day where possible. Non-urgent repairs are booked as soon as the schedule allows.

How much does a leak repair cost?

There's a $140 call-out fee for the visit, plus $120 per hour for the work. On top of that, materials are priced to the job - a simple silicone reseal costs a lot less than a full roof repair. We'll give you a clear price before starting any work, so there are no surprises.

What should I do while I wait for you to arrive?

Turn off your water main if the leak is from a pipe. Place towels or a bucket under the drip. Don't try to fix it yourself - you might make it worse. Call us and we'll walk you through it.

What if the same leak comes back?

Accepted Answer

We guarantee our work. If the same leak returns, we come back and fix it - free of charge.
